Dimensions and Space Layout
What are the length, width, and height of the standard model? Are custom sizes available (for example, to accommodate site size)?
The standard Apple Pod models are primarily the P3 (5850*2250*248mm), the P7 (11500*2250*2480mm), and the newly launched L3 (5800*3910*2480mm). Most other Apple Pod models are variations of the P3 and P7.
Apple Pods can be customized, but customizing them requires redesign, which may increase costs. Furthermore, Apple Pods are designed to fit in shipping containers. If the custom size is too high or too wide, shipping costs will increase.
What is the internal usable area? Is the layout fixed, or can it be customized (for example, with separate bedrooms, living rooms, and bathrooms)?
What are the ceiling heights? Will it feel cramped?
The P3 has 10 square meters of internal usable space, while the P7 has 21 square meters. The interior layout can be customized to meet customer needs, but due to the smaller size of the Apple Cabin, customization is limited. The P3 can accommodate a maximum of one bedroom, one kitchen, and one bathroom, while the P7 can accommodate one bedroom, one kitchen, one bathroom, and one living room. The Apple Cabin’s interior height is at least 2200mm, ensuring even an adult male can live comfortably. The large glass windows create a sense of openness and transparency.
Materials and Weight
What material is used for the main frame (steel, aluminum alloy, or other)? What are its corrosion and rust resistance properties?
All Sunlit Tec series main frames are constructed from high-strength galvanized steel pipes, and the joints are welded by professional technicians. This excellent corrosion and rust resistance allows for use in a variety of locations, from forested mountains to beaches blending seamlessly with the sea.
What are the materials used for the walls, roof, and floor? The standard Apple Cabin features walls made of industry-standard bamboo fiberboard, a PVC ceiling, and a variety of flooring options. For a more economical option, we recommend wood flooring. For fire-resistant requirements, we recommend upgrading your home with SPC fire-resistant flooring.
III. Interior Features and Facilities
Are utility lines pre-installed? Are basic appliances (air conditioner, water heater, lighting, etc.) included?
Our Apple Cabin’s plumbing and electrical wiring are pre-laid with pre-installed connections. Once installed, simply hire a professional installer to connect to the local utility lines. Our Sunlit Tec Apple Cabin comes pre-installed with lighting and a standard bathroom. Bathroom amenities include a basin, mirror, three-in-one showerhead, three-in-one bathroom heater, and a toilet water heater, making it a complete package.
Can it be used with solar energy or energy storage systems?
The standard package does not include solar energy or energy storage systems. If desired, we can install solar panels and energy storage systems, but these additional features will incur an additional charge.
